Prior to making any purchase, we kindly ask you to carefully read the product description, consult our conditions guide, and thoroughly review all accompanying photos. Should you have any inquiries before completing your purchase, feel free to reach out; our team is more than happy to assist you. We can also provide additional photos and videos upon request.

For Handbags, Jewellery, and Accessories – As these luxury items are the property of the seller, we regret to inform you that we do not offer a return or exchange policy on these items. However, in the rare instance where an item is proven not to be authentic, a full refund will be issued promptly.

For Clothing Garments – If the garment you ordered doesn't fit as expected, you have the option to return it for a store credit. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item if you wish to initiate a return. To complete the return process, kindly cover the cost of returning the item through special delivery and ensure that it reaches us within 7 days of your receipt. The item must remain unused and in the condition you received it, with the security tag intact for returns.
