We Authenticate
Once we receive your items, our in house team will inspect and where necessary authenticate them with a state of the art authentication service called Entrupy. We want to be 100% sure that the items we are selling are 100% authentic.

About Entrupy
Entrupy is the world's first state of the art authentication service that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI).  AI uses millions of microscopic surface images and algorithms to check the authenticity of the item. It is more accurate than the human eye.  Entrupy is 99.1% accurate and has been used since 2012. With this service, you will receive an Entrupy certificate of authenticity with your purchase.

Authentication Services
We are pleased to offer an in house luxury authentication service for your designer handbags, cases, purses and wallets.

We charge a fee of £55 per authentication.  If found to be authentic, a certificate of authenticity will be sent to you.  Hermes authentications will be charged at £150 per item.

We kindly request that you cover the postage costs for sending your bags to us in Hampshire, as well as the return postage. Please ensure the items are sent using a secure, insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
